Scheme for Financing against mortgage of Immovable properties

1. ELIGIBILITY All Existing/New Business enterprises including:
  1. Individual Borrower’s/ Professionals/ MSMEs
  2. Education Institutions
  3. Hospitals/Nursing Homes
  4. Hotels
  5. Traders
2. PURPOSE
  1. To provide hassle free credit for working capital requirement
  2. To augment long term margin
  3. For Purchase/ Construction/ Renovation of Business Premise/ Office/ Godown/ Shop/ Unit/ Expansion of business etc.
  4. For acquiring/ creation of fixed assets needed for business purpose
  5. To tide over temporary liquidity mismatch

To repay high-cost debts (i.e. Business Loans of other Banks/FIs)
3. EXTENT OF LIMIT/ LOAN Need Based Credit
4. SECURITY
  • Primary – Hypothecation of assets created out of Bank loan.
  • Collateral – As per Bank’s extant guidelines
  • Coverage under CGTMSE is applicable.
5. RATE OF INTEREST* Starting from 9.75% p.a (linked to Repo Rate, subject to change from time to time)
